Lab Capabilities

The Edge Rubber laboratory is vitally involved in our production operation.

Edge Rubber has a full state-of-the-art rubber powder test lab. We perform all standard chemical tests and sieve analysis for rubber powders using the latest technology and test equipment, including Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA).

Edge Rubber produces fine and ultra-fine Granulite™ and Micron™ rubber powder from various types of recycled tire material. We test raw material streams and finished product to ensure that our rubber powder meets all of our customer’s requirements all of the time.

Edge Rubber uses A.S.T.M. test method D-5644 for performing sieve analysis on our fine and ultra-fine rubber powders.

The Edge Rubber laboratory is registered to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
